We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen goods so please choose the appropriate shipping and provide us with a secure address.
International Shipping - International orders are welcome! Please contact us at palen@palendesign.com prior to placing your order so that we can apply the correct shipping rates. Taxes and customs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Palén jewelry is hand-made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to create our intricate designs. If it is a rush order, please contact us and we can discuss our turn around time. We will send you a shipment confirmation email when the order is ready to ship.
Palén Princess designs will be processed within 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock please contact us palen@palendesign.com with the name and color and we can contact you on its status.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of items. Returns must be unworn, non-damaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at palen@palendesign.com for the appropriate RA number and additional instructions. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please email us a photo and contact us at palen@palendesign.com within 7 days of receipt of item for additional instructions.

Any carrier may be used, although we recommend using registered mail with tracking and insurance in case of lost or damaged packages.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and how you will be refunded.
Sale/custom designs
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and customized items cannot be refunded.
Quality
Palén jewelry combines the artistry of expression and design to bring you unique handcrafted jewelry. Each piece is lovingly created by our designer with precise and delicate care. At Palén jewelry, all designs are created using materials high in quality. Our precious metals include sterling silver and 14kt gold-filled. Our 14kt gf consists of a thick layer of 14karat gold pressed over a base metal core. This keeps our designs durable yet still high in quality. Our stones include Swarovski crystals, fresh water pearls, and semi-precious stones all handpicked by our designer. Our stones are unique and may vary in color and size due to its natural tendency.
CARE
Due to the nature of precious materials, metals may oxidize or tarnish from exposure to dirt and air. It is best to store your jewelry in air-tight bags or cases. Jewelry may be polished and cleaned using a polishing cloth or trusted cleaners. It is best to handle all jewelry with delicate care.
